Serviced Lets – The property is fully furnished and equipped and the prices include a once weekly cleaning service and linen & towel change (minimum 10 night stay), heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence, Wi-Fi, 24/7 emergency support line, starter welcome pack and meet and greet service. The prices are for the property, not per person. A £150 booking fee is payable to cover admin costs. If you would like to arrive at a time that’s outside our normal arrival times we will have to charge you a bit more. You can place an order for an added sparkle package with one of our team by calling or emailing us - we'll get your order to you post haste if you're already in residence, or if you call in advance we can arrange for the necessary orders to be waiting for you when you arrive. Please note that all pricing includes the cost of delivery of the items to the property where you're staying.
