We've been around a while, and we've grown without ageing. Here's how:
We could start at the beginning, at the point at which Managing Director, Emma Righton, founded OxfordShortlets in 2001, or we could start at the very beginning, when Emma was running the administrative side of a working farm.
The farming estate included some old cowsheds which were developed into a series of holiday cottages in 1998. As the interest in these cottages grew, and enquiries outpaced availability, Emma decided to investigate the market for accommodation in Oxford and OxfordShortlets was born to meet the increasing demand for, and limited supply of, high-quality, short-term accommodation in Oxford.
Over the last fifteen years, we have developed our services to rival those available in hotels, always with a keen eye on the direction the market is moving in. And so, Righton was inaugurated in 2015 to provide a full range of accommodation across Oxfordshire, for both short term guests and longer term tenants.
Our trademark quality services have been developed further to enable us to provide high-end, serviced apartments for the corporate market and leisure visitors. And we continue to develop our portfolio of short let properties and grow our long let rental portfolio for professionals and families relocating to Oxfordshire.
