As part of our quality assessment process, we check the property is ready for you prior to your arrival.
More than just a handshake and a set of keys. We will meet you at the property at an agreed time, between 3:00 - 5:30 pm, and give you a guided tour.
Some toiletries, cleaning materials and all-important refreshments to get you started on arrival.
All the information you could need about the property and its contents.
For when emergencies happen out of normal office hours.
Our housekeepers come in to work their magic and get the property looking its best.
