The house is located on a peaceful residential street but minutes from the amenities of Summertown and City. Large entrance hall leading to open plan kitchen with dining area and utility room. Pretty decked rear garden. Also on the ground floor there is a dining room and W/C.
On the first floor there is a large living room with views over the canal. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room can also be found on this floor. The top floor finds two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower cubicle.
Off street parking for one car.

Serviced Lets – The property is fully furnished and equipped and the prices include a once weekly cleaning service and linen & towel change (minimum 10 night stay), heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence, wifi, 24/7 emergency support line, starter welcome pack and meet and greet service. The prices are for the property, not per person. The minimum booking is for 3 nights. An £80 booking fee is payable to cover admin costs. If you would like to arrive at a time that’s outside our normal arrival times we will have to charge you a bit more. Please note that all pricing includes the cost of delivery of the items to the property where you're staying.
