Ideal for summer entertaining, there is outdoor seating for four. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, study area and an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath with a shower attachment. The property is very private and tucked away from the main road yet within walking distance of Summertown’s restaurants, shops and cafés. Serviced Lets – The property is fully furnished and equipped and the prices include a once weekly cleaning service and fresh linen & towel changing service, heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence, broadband, telephone line rental, 24/7 emergency support line and welcome pack. The prices are for the property, not per person. The minimum booking is for 3 nights. A £60 booking fee is payable to cover admin costs. If you would like to arrive at a time that’s outside our normal arrival times we will have to charge you a bit more.
