Pre-arrival housekeeping inspection

As part of our quality assessment process, we check the property is ready for you prior to your arrival.

Personal meet and greet

More than just a handshake and a set of keys. We will meet you at the property at an agreed time, between 3:00 - 5:30 pm, and give you a guided tour.
