Righton serviced management

Righton serviced property management is designed for landlords who want to be hands-off. If you are happy to make your property available to guests on a serviced basis, with the option to also have tenants in the property on a standard let basis (for periods of 26 weeks or more) then this option is for you. Righton will manage the whole process for you so you can sit back, relax and let your property work for you.

What does righton serviced management mean?

This is where we find and place guests in your property, we collect the rent on your behalf, and we manage the property including liaising with tenants in residence, transferring utilities and maintaining the property and its contents.
