One way to see Oxford is a bus tour from City Sightseeing Oxford. The open top buses, with live guides are based at the Oxford Railway station and travel all around the historic centre of the city and it’s University.
The tours run daily from around 9.30 am until 6.00 pm and your ticket remains valid for two days, so you’ll have plenty of time to hop on or off and visit all of the attractions in the city centre.

Other than travel by rail or car, another option for sightseeing for a day out for many visitors, especially for Bicester village, the Wychwood Brewery, Blenheim Palace, etc., is to travel by Stagecoach Gold buses, these leave from stops at Gloucester Green bus station and throughout the city centre to various locales.
